Hi everyone, I’m Tom Simmons, President, Mid-Atlantic Region. I oversee the asset management, leasing, property management, development, and redevelopment activities in the region. Before joining Kimco, I was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development with Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust. I have a master’s degree in real estate from The Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree in history from Gettysburg College. I am an avid Ravens fan, and live with my wife and three children (two girls and one boy) in Baltimore.
