Hi everyone, I’m Scott Onufrey. As a Senior Vice President of Kimco, I lead our portfolio management team for the company’s joint venture business. I’m also responsible for new acquisitions, relationship management, and new business development. I’ve been with Kimco since 1999, when I came aboard as our investor relations officer. I began my career with Price Waterhouse in 1992 in the real estate practice. I then joined JP Morgan’s real estate investment management business where I was a Vice President, responsible for client portfolio management. I’m a CPA and graduate of the State University of New York College at Old Westbury, where I received my bachelor’s degree in accounting. My wife and I were born and raised in Wantagh, Long Island, N.Y., where we continue to live and raise our two children. My interests include reading, learning how to speak Spanish, golf, and of course, investments.

I’ve chosen to write about Orlando, Fla., for the next post in our Market Profile series. Kimco started investing in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford MSA in 1968, and now owns over 2 million square feet of leasable space across 17 retail properties in the area, including our most recent Orlando acquisition, Grand Oaks Village.… Read More
