Hi, I’m Nina Rogers, Kimco’s Director of Real Estate for the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, which includes a portfolio of 26 shopping centers (over 3.4 million square feet), including Suburban Square, which is an iconic shopping center and also the oldest lifestyle center in the country. I was fortunate to work in the retail commercial industry while attending American University in Washington DC, and I cannot imagine following a different career path. Working with different types of tenants and businesses ensures that I’m constantly learning, and I enjoy the challenge of creating (or elevating) a dynamic retail environment. I also enjoy sitting on the Board of a local organization that provides resources and healing to children affected by various types of trauma; the work is incredibly rewarding. In my free time, I love cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.
