Nick Brown

My name is Nick Brown, and I am the Vice President of Development for Kimco’s Northeast Region. I oversee our entitlement, design, and construction efforts relating to redevelopment and development projects within the region. Prior to joining Kimco, I worked at Ginsburg Development Companies, LLC, a regional builder of residential communities. I also previously worked as an attorney in the New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Premedical Studies, and received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. I live in Westchester, New York with my wife and two daughters. My interests include golf and attending New York Jets games as a long-suffering, hopelessly optimistic season ticket holder.

In late 2011, the announcement that Filene’s Basement would be closing its doors presented both a challenge and an opportunity for Kimco’s Manhasset Center in Manhasset, New York.
