Kelly Smith
Hi everyone, my name's Kelly. I'm the Managing Director of Kimco's Canadian Operations. I oversee the company's Canadian portfolio, with interests in 17 million square feet of retail property across the country. I've held several other positions in real estate over the years. Before joining Kimco in 2008, I was Managing Director of Capmark Canada Ltd. There, I developed and managed the company's Canadian commercial lending operations, originating over $2 billion in commercial mortgages and managing three Canadian offices. I was also Portfolio Manager at North American Trust, and founded and operated a successful mortgage brokerage in Toronto. Before that, I was earning my MBA from the University of Western Ontario. When I'm away from my desk, I like to get outside and ski, golf, and snowshoe. I am married with two kid and we live in Toronto.
