Diane Agostinello

Hi, I’m Diane Agostinello, Senior Director of Marketing and Leasing Services at Kimco. I’ve been in my current position since 2009. My team and I are responsible for corporate brand marketing, leasing services, and marketing communications, including oversight of Kimco’s website, social media, trade shows and events, digital marketing, market research, and the company’s annual report. I’ve been with Kimco since 1989. I began as an Executive Assistant, working for the head of marketing and sales, and after that, for two Kimco presidents. When the company went public in 1991, I was given responsibility for the annual report, and was later named Marketing Manager. I feel privileged to have been a part of that 1991 IPO, and to have the opportunity to grow my career as the company has grown. In the last two decades, Kimco has expanded from 175 shopping centers and 22 million square feet, to more than 900 shopping centers and 136 million square feet. It’s been an exciting ride! I live on Long Island with my husband and two children, both adopted from Korea. I am passionate about autism awareness and dedicated to teaching tolerance.
