It’s that time of year again! Back-to-school season is upon us, and whether it’s your child’s first day of Kindergarten or they’re beginning to decorate their apartment as a college senior, preparing to go back to school is an end-of-summer ritual.

A survey by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) reports 97 percent of back-to-school shoppers are purchasing merchandise from retailers with a brick-and-mortar presence and 89 percent of those shoppers will purchase items from a shopping center. Also, the report reveals $353.20 will be spent by the average back-to-school shopper this season. If you’re searching for the most stylish first-day-of-school outfit, or shopping for dorm-room decor, nearby retailers will help you find the best deals and ease those back-to-school jitters.
