Retailers get social this St. Patty’s Day

St. Patty’s Day is here and retailers of all kinds are getting in the Irish spirit. It’s for good reason, of course, as the National Retail Federation is projecting that more than 125 million Americans will celebrate this year with an average spending of $35.37 per person. The expected total spending for the March 17 holiday is $4.4 billion, giving retailers across the country a nice boost—just in time for the start of the spring season.

We’re seeing promos, party ideas, and plenty of green taking over social media. Here’s a snapshot of what popular retailers are sharing this St. Patty’s Day:
