Spring is in the air, and from what we can see, savvy retailers across the board are making the most of this seasonal shift. Annual holidays and major recurring events are well-known for the discount offerings and promotions that come in tow (think Black Friday), but as the weather continues to heat up this year, so do the deals. In March Walmart held a spring kick-off event, slashing prices on outdoor living, lawn and gardening products. That same weekend, other popular brands like The Home Depot and Lowe’s offered special pricing throughout the first days of spring to help shoppers make the most of the season.
